How To Care For Your Brows After Your Appointment

Microblading & Combo Brow Aftercare

After Your Appointment

It is important that you follow these guidelines to ensure the best results

Microblading aftercare is relatively simple and easy to follow. After your appointment you may want to blot your brows with a clean, lightly dampened paper towel to remove any lymph/plasma (normal response to skin trauma).

Starting the night of your appointment, cleanse your skin with the brow wash provided and then pat dry with a clean paper towel. Always make sure to wash your hands with soap before touching your brows to avoid introducing bacteria.

After cleansing, allow skin to dry before applying a thin layer of the aftercare provided to keep your brows moisturized. Cleanse skin morning and evening while applying moisturizer as needed until healed (usually 10 days).

For the first 10 days avoid excessive sweating and activities that will cause you to sweat.

Do not get your brows wet unless you are cleansing them.

Avoid sun exposure and all tanning.

No makeup or products on your brows for 10-14 days.

During the Healing Process

Some things to expect during the healing process:

Brows will appear darker & bolder the first few days. Don’t worry, this will settle as the healing process continues

It’s a good idea to put on a fresh pillowcase while your brows are healing and make sure anything that comes into contact with your brows is clean (keep hair off face, clean glasses, etc)

You may experience flaking & peeling with some loss of pigment - this is normal
