Freckle Aftercare

After Your Appointment

It is important that you follow these guidelines to ensure the best results

Freckle aftercare is relatively simple and easy to follow. After your appointment you may want to blot the tattoos with a clean, lightly dampened paper towel to remove any lymph/plasma (normal response to skin trauma).

The evening after your appointment cleanse your skin with a gentle, non-scented castile soap (baby Dr. Bronner’s) and then pat dry with a clean paper towel.

You can then apply a gentle, non-scented facial lotion to keep the tattoos moisturized.

Cleanse skin morning & evening

Apply moisturizer as needed until healed, 7-10 days.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE PAIN, SWELLING, REDNESS, or FEVER CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN

During the Healing Process

Some things to expect during the healing process:

Freckles will appear darker & bold the first few days during the healing process.

Do not apply any makeup or face products until freckles are healed.

You may experience flaking & peeling with some loss of pigment - this is normal
